Bill Hercules
Chairman of the Elders
Bill and his family have been active members of Kissimmee Christian Church since 2017, and he has contributed to spiritual and numerical growth from various leadership positions in every church he attended during his adult life, as a deacon, elder, chairman, and church-plant advisor. Additionally, Bill served with pastor Jim Book as a trustee at Florida Christian College during its transition to Johnson University Florida.
Bill has a passion for pursuing the truth with his ongoing professional interests, personal and community bible studies, and community building within the organizations he touches. Professionally, he is an architect designing healthcare facilities, having practiced within firms for almost 30 years before becoming a trusted advisor to health system executives by founding his own firm in 2013. Additionally, he contributes his professional expertise to help medical missions plan their healthcare places in developing countries outside of the U.S.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Bill married his high-school sweetheart, Beth, and they both launched into their joint ministries, first with youth, then music, teaching, and caring for the Church. Their family moved to Central Florida in 2003/04. They have five adult children and eight grandchildren, each in their own ministries and missions scattered across the eastern U.S. and Scotland. He and his family had actively participated in Florida Hospital’s (now AdventHealth) Foundation, and Bill is actively serving as an advisor to the HopeTown development for special needs families in conjunction with Nathaniel’s Hope, and Beth serves on the Alexander Christian Foundation Board with several other KCC leaders. Both Bill and Beth have taught adult classes at KCC, and on Sunday mornings, you will find Bill trying to tame his screaming guitar with the praise team.

Bob Ritchie
Bob was born and raised in Daytona Beach. He came to Christ at North Florida Christian Service Camp at the age of eleven, and was baptized in the lake there. From that point he was a member at South Daytona Christian Church until going away to college.
He and Sandra met and married while at Atlanta Christian College in 1975. He graduated in 1977, and then they moved up to East Tennessee where he graduated from Emmanuel School of Religion with an M.Div. in 1982. Much later, he graduated with a PhD from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2012.
Bob had various preaching ministries in North Florida from 1991 to 2002. After becoming a PhD candidate, he and Sandra moved to St. Cloud where they became members of Kissimmee Christian Church and he also began teaching at Florida Christian College (later Johnson) and would do so for the next eleven years. During that timeframe, many of his Sundays were spent preaching elsewhere; especially at McIntosh Christian Church. After a short stint working at Chick-fil-A, Bob retired in December 2020. After prayerful consideration, he then felt led to explore the possibility of serving as an elder at this church, and is now blessed with ordination to do so.
Sandra and Bob have three adult children, and eight grandchildren. They like to do some traveling – mostly to see their children and grandchildren. Bob has a variety of interests, among which are books and reading, and historical collectibles of various items.
